Braemar Lodge Hotel Ballater

Braemar Lodge Hotel was formerly a Victorian shooting lodge and is set in extensive grounds two minutes from the centre of Braemar in the heart of Royal Deeside. Best described as a hotel with character, it has the air of a large family house that has not forgotten its sporting origins. Braemar Lodge is personally managed by the owners ensuring a continuity of the finest standards. The hotel has seven bedrooms available. Three of theses rooms are doubles, two are twins and two are singles. All of our rooms have en suite bathroom facilities. Family rooms are also available. Our rooms are all well equipped with tea and coffee maker, television, hairdryer, a laundry service and of course the stunning local views.

Car hire can be arranged in advance or at the airport through any one of several well-known car hire companies.Perth railway station is the nearest, approximately 50 miles away, but there is also Aberdeen railway station to consider if you are travelling by train. Bus connection to Braemar can be made at Aberdeen station with the bus and rail station lying side by side.The hotel is situated on the A93 on the left of you arriving form the south.
